Clear multi-user flags

Follow these steps to clear multi-user flags in Service Manager. Make sure all users are logged out before starting.

  1. Confirm all users are logged out of Service Manager.

  2. Click **System**.

  3. Click **Settings**.

  4. Click **General**.

  5. Click **Clear MU Flags**.

  6. Click **Yes** on the 'all users must be logged out of the system' prompt.

  7. The multi-user flags routine will now run and complete.
