This error appears when no engineer profile is mapped to the user profile. Follow these steps to set up the mapping.
Log in to Service Manager with a Master account.
Click the **Workshop** tab, then click **Engineers** in the Records group.
Use the search on the **Code** field to check whether an engineer profile exists for the user. If one does not exist, create one.
Click the **System** tab, then click **User Defaults** in the Security group.
Find the engineer in the Service Manager Users list and click to select them.
Click **Settings**.
In User Options, use the search on the **Users Engineer Code** field to select the corresponding engineer code for the user.
Click **OK** to save.
