Follow these steps to add a new user in Access Mobile Administrator.
Click the **Windows** icon in the bottom left of the screen.
Type **Access Applications**, then click the folder.
Click the Access Mobile Services option.
Click **Administrator** to open the login window.
Enter the **Administrator account information** and the **Service URL** — these will have been provided separately.
Click Logon.
On the **System** tab, click **Users**.
Click **New User**.
Enter the user details:
User ID: A unique ID for the user. This could be the Engineer Code or the User ID from Service Manager.
User Name: The User’s email address.
Password: A password for the user to connect with.
**Profile:** The profile for the user.
**Enabled:** Select this if the user is enabled.
**Administrator:** Select this if the user is to be an administrator.
Add the Linked User:
AMS Database: The database to link the user to.
**User Type:** Select whether the user is an engineer or a user.
**User ID:** The user ID to link the account to.
Add additional Linked Users as required.
Click **Save**.
Click **Save and Close**. The user should now be able to log in to the chosen databases via Service Manager Mobile.
