Not all reports available to print

If reports are missing, either the network location for the reports is unavailable, or the computer doesn't have the report files. Follow these steps to check:

  1. Click System, then click User Defaults.

  2. Click your user, then click **Settings**.

  3. Note down the Crystal Reportspath.

If the Crystal Reports path is empty, the report files aren't on your computer. Get them from a working computer — the files should be at C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Service Manager\Service Reports. Your IT team can copy these across. If there is a path in the Crystal Reports field, copy it and paste it into the Windows Explorer address bar. Sign in with your Windows login details if prompted. If the path takes a long time to load and shows an error, share the path with your IT team so they can investigate the connection.
