The MAPI function is missing because the u2dmapi.dll file is absent from the affected machine. Copy it from a working machine to resolve this.
On the working machine, locate u2dmapi.dll at C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\Common\3.5\bin. Copy this file.
Paste the file into the same folder on the affected machine.
