Contact support to get the files for the latest version of Service Manager — they'll provide FTP details and upload the installer and update files. Once downloaded and extracted, run the installer (which will be for version 6.940) and follow the steps in the installer. Once complete, follow these steps:
Inside the downloaded files will be a folder for 6.980 files..
Copy these files into the following two locations (skip the second location if it doesn't exist):
C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Service Manager
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Service Manager
Once the two files for version 6.980 have been applied, your Service Manager will be updated to the latest version, 6.980.00.
