Copy the crpe32.dll file from C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\Common\3.5\bin on your computer, then paste it into the Service Manager installation folder at C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Service Manager. When prompted to replace the file, click **Yes**. If this does not work, also try the steps below.
Locate the **External** folder in the Service Manager installation folder, for example C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Service Manager\.
Rename the folder (for example, rename it to External_old).
Copy the **External** folder from the Dimensions installation folder, for example C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\, and paste it into the Service Manager installation folder.
Log in to SME and try printing again.
