This error occurs when the SQL credentials in Dataset Links are missing or incorrect. Update them to resolve it.
Click **System**, then click **Settings**.
Click **General**, then click **Dataset Links**.
Click the **Auth** tab, then enter a valid SQL username and password.
Try sending an email again to check if the issue is resolved.
If this does not resolve the issue, ask your IT team to review the SMTP settings.
