This error occurs because Service Manager accepts any capitalisation at login, but Workflow Forms and Crystal Reports require your username to match exactly what is stored in the system. For example, if your username is stored as JOHN DOE but you log in as John Doe, you'll get into Service Manager but Workflow Forms and Crystal Reports will reject the login. Log in using exactly the same uppercase or lowercase characters as your stored username to resolve this.
