Check the following:
Your username is correct.
Your user ID is correct.
Your password is correct.
If your password is longer than 15 characters, you won't be able to log in. Try a password of 15 characters or fewer.
Ask your IT team to confirm your account exists and has the correct permissions on the SQL server.
