There is an issue with Service Manager that means that Service Manager allows you to log in with your username regardless of case sensitivity. However, when you log in to anything further through Service Manager. Workflow forms, crystal etc. it needs the correct case for your username.
As an example, if your username is stored as JOHN DOE in the system, and you log in as John Doe then it will allow you to log in to Service Manager, but it then won't allow you to log in to WFF/Crystal
Using the matching case at log in stage will solve this issue
