In order to stop this error from happening please do the following:
Click to System, then click to Settings
Click to General, then click Dataset Links
Click Auth tab, then enter Valid SQL username and Password
Try to then Send an e-mail again
If this does not resolve the issue, it would be due to an environmental issue which your IT would need to review, such as the SMTP settings.
