In order to Clear the Multi-User Flags in SME follow the below:
Ensure no one is logged into SME
Navigate to System
Click on the Settings button
Select the menu titled General
Select Clear MU Flags
Say yes to the prompt ’all users must be logged out of the system’
Multi-user flags routine will now run and complete
