If reports are missing, then either the network location that the reports are kept on is unavailable, or the computer you are using does not have the report files on it.
β
To check:
Click System, then click User Defaults
Click on your user and then Settings
Note down the Crystal Reports path
If this is empty, then your computer doesn't have the files and you will need to obtain these from another computer that is working. The files should be in C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Service Manager\Service Reports
β
Your IT should be able to copy the files in these folders across to your computer.
β
If there is a location in the Crystal Reports path, then copy this and paste it into the address bar of Windows Explorer. If it asks you to sign in then do so with the relevant account (usually your Windows login details).
If it takes a while to load and then comes with an error, then speak to your IT and provide them with the location you tried to access and they can investigate any connection issues.
