Support will need to provide files for the latest version of Service Manager. To contact them please visit: Get support in Service Manager.
We will provide you with FTP details and upload the Service Manager installer and files to get you set up.
Once you have downloaded the files, extract them and begin installation.
The installer will be for version 6.940.
Install that by following the steps in the installer, and once that has completed, follow the below steps:
Inside the downloaded files will be a folder for 6.980 files.
Copy these files into the following 2 locations: (The second location may not exist, if not then you can skip that step)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Service Manager
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Service Manager
Once the 2 files for the 6.980 version have been applied over the following location(s), your Service Manager version will now be the latest, 6.980.00.
