For this error you will need to copy and paste the crpe32.dll file from the following location on your PC
C:\Program Files (x86)\Business Objects\Common\3.5\bin

Once copied, paste it into the Service Manager installation folder, normally found at
C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Service Manager

You will receive a prompt to replace the file in the destination, Click Yes for this.

If this does not work please also try:
Locate the 'External' folder in the Service Manager folder eg C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Service Manager\
Rename it (something like External_old)
Copy in the 'External' folder from the Dimensions folder (similar to C:\Program Files (x86)\Access Applications\Dimensions\Accounts\) and put it in the SME folder
Log into SME and retry the printing
