Error - 'FetchSystemData 1 - SMSP_AMS_FETCH_ENGINEER_ PROFILE_OPTIONS could not find an engineer profile for the engineer with ID'

Please follow the below operation steps to map the engineer profile to the user profile.

1. Logon to Service Manager with a MASTER account

2. Click on the Workshop tab and select Engineers in the Records grouping box.

3. Use the magnifying glass on the Code field to check if an engineer profile exists for the user.
If one does not exist, please create one.

4. Click on the System tab and select User Defaults in the Security grouping box.

5. Locate the engineer from the Service Manager Users list and click to highlight.

6. Click the Settings button.

7. In the User Options, use the magnifying glass on the Users Engineer Code field to select the corresponding engineer code for the user.

8. Click OK to save.
